Polliwogs (ages 3-4) and Science Stars (ages 5-7)

Wogs are on the Second Wednesday of each month; 2:00–3:00 pm.

Stars are on the Second Wednesday of each month; 3:30–4:30 pm.

August through June.
Little people love science too! Through specially designed stories, songs, activities, games and crafts, the youngest science explorers learn as they play. Investigate the seasons, your senses, insects, dinosaurs and much more while you interact productively with your peers.

Don't forget! After class, visit Sproutsville or the Oh! Zone. Build with giant blocks, relax in the loft with a good book, be mesmerized by magnifiers and magnets or produce a puppet show.

FETCH! Lab Carts

Main Lobby, August through June
Fetch! Lab always had a place in our hearts and now it has a place in our lobby! Each month our cart will feature a challenge modeled after the PBS Kids TV show, "Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman." Using investigation and experimentation skills, you tinker with a tabletop teeter totter in September, and in October, try building a tower of cups. Stop by each month to hone your skills and sign up to be invited to our annual Fetch! party.
