Butterfly Hello & Thyme

It's our annual herb fair and garden opening day. In the morning gather information and inspiration as you browse the wares of our vendors and taste delectible herbal delights at our cooking demonstrations.

In the afternoon, we welcome a new season of butterflies in the Butterfly Station and Garden. We swing open the gates at 11 a.m. with fun for the entire family with activities on life cycles, symmetry and habitats, and craft stations where kids can explore the art of the science in these amazing insects. Butterfly releases are at noon and 2 p.m. This day of celebration is sponsored by the Danville Register and Bee and Susan Stilwell, Historic Specialist.
