An orrery is a mechanical solar system model showing the planets orbiting the sun. It's a great way to visualize the scale of the Universe and the vast distances between planets. Our Creativity Lab will guide you through the process of building your own orrery, from choosing materials to assembling your finished product. You'll be amazed at how such a simple machine can show you the beauty of our solar system. So, come on out and build an orrery with us! Tools used in this Creativity Lab include Epilog Laser Printer and craft supplies. Creators will keep their creations.

  • This workshop will be held November 2 –November 6.
